      • Join our Compliance Specialist, Anne Lavelle, for an interactive session called “Bringing the Gavel Down - Courts and the FLSA.”  This SHRM accredited seminar will discuss the landmark court decisions where employers misapplied FLSA regulations resulting in employer liability for unpaid wages. Common errors involving travel time, training time, volunteers, “comp” time, bonuses, blended overtime rates and other related issues will be highlighted.   At the end of this session, we will invite the isolved team to discuss how you can leverage the isolved platform to assist with FLSA compliance. This is a free seminar for 1 SHRM credit.
