    Year in Review


    As the year ends, it's time for a year in review!  We will cover the major court decisions this year that impacted all employers, including the Supreme Court decisions regarding the FLSA, religious accommodations, and DEI efforts.  We will also review critical legislation ranging from the Speak Out Act to the Pregnant Workers’ Fairness Act.  In addition, we will cover agency rule-making that is likely to become final in 2024.  As we close out 2023, we will also look forward to 2024 and the likely labor and employment developments that we can expect ranging from legislation to pending Supreme Court decisions, involving ADA “testers,” discrimination and the limitation of power with respect to government agencies.  Join us on December 14 at 11 a.m. to discuss these topics.
